In 1965, Donald E. Meske began DeLuxe Building Systems, Inc. With 50,000 square feet of space and just 50 employees, they were designing, engineering and manufacturing System-Built Modular homes. Meske’s intention was to provide superior quality, innovative designs and affordability. Now employing more than 350 people, with a 250,000 square foot modern manufacturing plant, offices and various storage facilities they are able to produce “more than a million square feet of housing per year”. DeLuxe’s focus and direction have provided them continuous growth and development of System-Built offerings.
