Dynamic Homes was founded in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota in 1969 when a group of craftsmen decided to build affordable modular homes. They built their first nine homes during 1970, and since then they have built more than 10,000 homes in the upper Mid-west. Today, Dynamic Homes, LLC homes are sold through a network of authorized, independent builders across the Mid-west. Dynamic Homes is considered one of the largest modular manufacturers in Minnesota. They recently completed a $1 million plant expansion that has increased their manufacturing capacity to 500 homes per year. Dynamic Homes is now the 24th largest modular/whole-house panel builder in the U.S.
