Fuqua Homes has set a standard for high quality construction in the industry. Fuqua, for the most part, compares closely to a site-built home. Fuqua's construction is far superior to less durable manufactured homes. They pay attention to the quality of their materials and workmanship. From their website: “We believe that when you see the facts and see the difference you'll choose Fuqua over manufactured, modular, or site built homes of lesser quality.” If I were standing in one of these homes, I would find it hard to believe it was a HUD home. The exteriors are lovely and the quality that they pride themselves on is evident. Don’t miss this company!
