Since opening in 1991, Guildcrest has prided themselves on building high quality, energy-efficient modular homes. The company is owned and managed by three senior staff, all actively involved in the day-to-day operations. Their CSA certified factory is located in Morewood, Ontario, Canada. They are also State-certified in several northeastern states in the U.S.A. With a network of more than 40 authorized builders, Guildcrest Homes is one of the largest modular housing producers in Canada.
