Manis Custom Builders was established by Joe Manis in May, 2002, and is the result of over thirty years of experience in modular home construction. In 1972, Joe and three friends started R-Anell Homes in Denver, NC, constructing mainly single and doublewide modular homes. Joe sold his interest in 1983 to start Crestline Homes concentrating on modular homes. Joe started Manis Custom Builders with the intention of concentrating on quality modular homes with custom features typically found in traditionally built homes offering “unsurpassed customer involvement in the design and building processes”.
