This is a nice little family owned and operated company since 1974. Pittsville Homes is building more than 100 off-frame modular homes a year and distributing them through a dealer/builder network of some 31 builders in the states of Wisconsin and Illinois. I have talked to the factory and one of their dealers and I found them to be very customer friendly and eager to assist me. I think Pittsville Homes is another classic example of the type of builders you have in the eastern part of the United States. The company is well established and provides a quality built home for the money.
