It is a family-held corporation that currently produces between 200-300 homes per year. Rochester Homes manufactures state code modular homes including; ranch, cape-cod, and two-story styles as well as a multi-family investment line. HUD-code manufactured homes are available in the ranch style series. Rochester Homes sells its product through a network of independent builders, qualified dealerships and planned home communities. None of their homes are sold factory direct to the general public.
