The first Terrace home was built in 1975. Over the years, they have found ways to improve conventional construction methods while creating efficient ways to make each Terrace Home a truly superior value. In the late seventies they pioneered the 6” exterior wall/energy truss combination that has become a standard in the industry. Their new, modern design-build facility located in Friendship, Wisconsin offers the continued spirit of innovation and improvement. All phases of construction are managed in a controlled environment, using only the best materials. Today, Terrace Homes is a third generation, family-owned and managed company. They take pride in having built over 6,000 homes throughout the past three decades.
