In 1960, Wick Building Systems, Inc. entered the homebuilding industry by offering HUD-code manufactured homes. In 1988, off-frame modular homes were added. All homes are marketed through a network of authorized independent builders. Nearly 154,000 modular and manufactured homes have been built for families throughout the United States. Wick modular homes are sold under the ®Marshfield Park Ridge, ®Artcraft Ambassador, and ®Rollohome Executive trademark names. Like all other conventional homes, Wick modular homes are built to the local and state codes where the home is to be built.
