You can build a custom modular home in 60 to 90 days. The process is quick becuase your home is being built in a manufacturing facility while you are preparing your lot for delivery of your custom modular home.

Delivery of your home is made by a truck which carries the "modules" to your lot and is off loaded by crane. It doens't matter how big or small your home is. They are delivered the same way. A bigger home is going to have more modules to deliver of course.
