What are Manufactured homes?
Manufactured homes are also known as factory built housing
and are primarily comprised of manufactured and modular homes.
Most manufactured homes, and all modular homes, are built
on a permanent foundation and are built with the same materials
as traditionally built homes.
Manufactured homes are built according to the standards of
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
These standards are regulations that see that all manufactured
homes are built to code. Be sure to visit www.manufacturedhousing.org
